Brighton & Hove Albion

Well, it’s nearly that time again, the merry-go-round of new signings and players departing, I guess it’s been business as usual for Brighton. Once again we’re disappointed as our sponsored player, Andrew Crofts leaves Brighton for pastures new at Norwich City. Andrew had a great season with us last year, was made club captain. At the end of season dinner for the sponsors we chatted over dinner about the up-coming season, about the new Brighton stadium at Falmer, and about the fact he thinks sometimes his wife loves their pet cats more than him (thanks to my wife for starting that conversation!). At the end of the meal, he posed with us for photos and handed over his match shirt from the season, little did we know he was soon to be snapped up by the Canaries. Read more
