Redknapp settles – and so must Spurs

Harry Redknapp’s comments following his side’s 0-0 draw with Manchester United were a little strange. He has conceded that his team are football betting “outsiders” to win the league following the stalemate – a game which was dominated by sturdy defences more scared of losing than they were motivated to win – but the apparent surprise which dripped from every word as he pointed out that there wasn’t too much between the two sides makes you wonder if he is aware of either the strength in depth at his disposal, or the sheer amount of capital he has spent getting his squad to that position. Hoilett proves his maturity

While Blackburn Rovers have been trying to sign Ronaldinho, David Beckham and probably Pele, one of their youngsters at the club could be a much more exciting prospect. Junior Hoilett picked up his second man-of-the-match award in successive games, scoring the winner in his side’s 1-0 FA Cup win against QPR last weekend. Hoilett was the star of the show in Blackburn’s 3-1 win against Liverpool earlier in the week and carried that form on into the QPR game, the football betting tips now suggest the side can push on.
