Oldfootballshirts.com Player Sponsorship League table Season 08-09.

For a bit of fun I am running an Oldfootballshirts.com League table for the 4 teams we now sponsor. We’re doing this for the entire seasons league results only, we sponsor players kits for Brighton, Newport County, Annan Athletic & Bangor FC.

FA Cup action for The Albion this weekend, and a 3-3 goalfest against Hartlepool United which ensures a short 600+ mile round trip for a replay on Tuesday week! So no points on the board this week.

  

Newport County took a home hammering against rampant Hayes and Yeading United, 1-5, not something we should dwell on. Illnes in the squad kept certain players out, including our man, Craig Hughes. Fingers crossed for the next game, Havant & Waterlooville away on Saturday.

 

Bangor gave us nothng to write home about either, going down 1-2 at home to Glenavon.

 

 

Annan Athletic finished off the hat-trick losing by the same margin, 1-2 at home to Montrose

 

 All in all, a pretty uninspiring weekend for all, let’s draw a line under it and look forward ot the next game! Here is the table as it stands today;
