The Bundesliga season in Germany is still quite fresh. But there’s a lot going on. Some may remember Juergen Klinsmann of Tottenham Hotspur fame and his new job as headcoach of Bayern Munich. So yes, we had the Euro 2008 in our country. It was a great experience and a great tourney. Not for us Swiss though as our team played a terrible tournament, not counting the useless victory against the B-team from Portugal (and not for the Three Lions, that I missed the most!). The inevitable change was secured even before Euro 2008, as Ottmar Hitzfeld of Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund fame could be won as new head coach.
